Our goal was simple yet ambitious: bring together a select group of our very top clinicians who can drive meaningful change and help grow our community of dental practices. We will continue to grow and refine this Board as we scale our organization, expand our services, and enhance the patient experience.

Meet the 2025 Lightwave Dental Advisory Board

Without further ado, our board comprises seven extraordinary dental professionals, each bringing unique expertise and a proven track record of excellence:

Dr. Bruce Hutchison, MAGD, FACD, FICD

A Lightwave Founding Doctor and Legacy Award recipient, Dr. Hutchison brings decades of national dental leadership experience, including significant roles with the ADA and Virginia Dental Association.

Dr. Clifton Cameron, FAGD

As Lightwave’s Chief Dental Officer and founder of CarolinasDentist, Dr. Cameron bridges clinical expertise with educational leadership, serving as Align Faculty and adjunct professor at East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Hesham Baky

A visionary entrepreneur, Dr. Baky co-founded Triangle Family Dentistry and demonstrates exceptional business acumen through ABB Management and Blue Ridge Capital Fund.

Dr. Brent Rusnak

Founder of River Run Dental and an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, Dr. Rusnak has been recognized as a Top Doctor in Virginia and emerging leader in the field.

Dr. Jason Gladwell

A board-certified orthodontist and Invisalign Master Faculty, Dr. Gladwell has completed more than 15,000 Invisalign cases and consistently ranks among the top providers nationally.

Dr. Valerie Woo

Specializing in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Woo is a board-certified expert and founder of NOVA Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics.

Dr. Shreyesh Ruparelia

An innovative implant specialist and founder of CascadesONE Dental, Dr. Ruparelia has performed over 1,000 full arch implants and is an ORCAA Faculty who provides extra-maxillary dental implants to Central Americans in need.
