Hygienists Rise to the Top at Lightwave ELEVATE

On the weekend of March 28-29, more than 170 dental hygienists gathered in Raleigh, N.C. to take part in a fun and enriching weekend of professional development programs at Lightwave ELEVATE 2025. Take a moment to watch our video recap.

It’s no surprise that we at Lightwave are passionate advocates for the essential role hygienists play in ensuring patients’ oral health and the success of dental practices in our community. Building on the multi-year success of our popular Hygiene Rodeo event, Lightwave decided to elevate our commitment to the hygiene community.

This year, Lightwave ELEVATE featured dynamic continuing education sessions and many opportunities to strengthen professional connections, all capped off by a glamorous awards dinner and party to honor top-performing hygienists!

We gathered dental hygienists from far and wide for a fun weekend in Raleigh. All participating hygienists earned six free CE credits while experiencing incredible opportunities to collaborate and celebrate hygiene excellence.

A huge THANK YOU goes out to all the dental hygienists who dedicated their time to be part of our Lightwave community. Your enthusiasm helped make it a truly special weekend for all.

Lightwave was immensely proud to host both dental hygienists from within our community as well as many others from dental practices across the country. This fun event is a unique way to celebrate those who lead clinical excellence in their dental practices every day.
